How do I set up a workflow?

  • In the admin left-side menu, click 'Workflows' under the category general.
  • Create a new workflow or edit an existing workflow. 
  • Give the workflow a name and description
  • In the right-side menu:
    • select 'In advance' or 'Afterwards' in the 'Time'-dropdown.
    • select an approver from the dropdown
  • After finishing press 'Save'

To activate the workflow for the product or template, you need to adjust the product settings: 

  • Go to 'Products' and edit the product or template to which the workflow should apply.
  • Scroll down to 'Workflow' in the settings.
  • Choose the desired workflow from the list.
  • Click 'Workflow active'.
  • Save the product.
