- In the admin left-side menu, click 'Workflows' under the category general.
- Create a new workflow or edit an existing workflow.
- Give the workflow a name and description
- In the right-side menu:
- select 'In advance' or 'Afterwards' in the 'Time'-dropdown.
- select an approver from the dropdown
- After finishing press 'Save'
To activate the workflow for the product or template, you need to adjust the product settings:
- Go to 'Products' and edit the product or template to which the workflow should apply.
- Scroll down to 'Workflow' in the settings.
- Choose the desired workflow from the list.
- Click 'Workflow active'.
