What are workflows?

A workflow helps you approve orders from the users.

When you want an extra safety step in the ordering process, you can set up a workflow. With a workflow, you as an admin are able to approve orders from the users. There are two possible workflows:

• Workflows in advance
  If your users need approval before they download items, start creating templates, or order products, you can set up approvals in advance.
• Workflows afterwards
  If you want to check orders done by users you can set up an afterward approval. This workflow can be used when you, for example, want to check a created template or product order.
