How do I manage channels in my social campaign?

Learn how to add, configure, and manage social media channels in your campaign - including channel selection, setup procedures, and best practices for effective channel management.

Overview

The Channels page is where you manage all the social channels associated with your campaign. It displays:

  • Campaign name: the name of the campaign you are currently editing
  • Number of added channels: displayed between brackets (e.g., (0) or (1))
  • Add channel button: to add a new channel to your campaign
  • Channel details: for connected channels, shows:
    • Platform (e.g., Meta)
    • Platform campaign name
    • Channel type (paid or organic)

Adding a new channel

  1. Navigate to your campaign's Channels tab
  2. Click "Add Channel"
  3. Select the channel type (e.g., organic or paid) and press "Next"add social channels (1)
  4. Select your desired social media platform from the available options
  5. Depending on the selected platform, you may need to configure channel-specific settings, such as:
    • Target page or profile
    • Ad account connection
    • Targeting options
    • Budget
  6. Save your channel settings

In the channel overview, you can edit or delete existing channels from the campaign by pressing "..." on the targeted channel card.

Best practices

  • Choose relevant channels: select channels based on your target audience demographics. 
  • Configure settings carefully:
    • Check all your settings before launching
    • Ensure alignment with your campaign goals.
  • Review regularly: 
    • Monitor channel performance periodically
    • Verify channels remain relevant to your campaign
