Where can I see the designed documents by the users?
The 'My Documents' page enables users to track and manage created documents efficiently. Access to this page varies based on user roles and settings configured by administrators.
Accessing 'My Documents':

Click on your name in the top-right corner of the portal's front end.

Select 'My Account' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to 'My Documents' to view your documents.
Visibility Settings:

Admins: Have access to all documents created by users.

Users: Visibility can be adjusted to:
-
All documents.
-
Documents created by their user group.
-
Only their own documents.

Adjusting Visibility Settings:
Admins can modify document visibility for users:
- Navigate to 'CMS' and then 'Pages' in the admin panel
- Select the 'Content' tab at the top of the screen
- Press the edit icon on the 'Outliner' element
- Navigate to 'Visible documents' and select user, groups or all
- Press 'Save'
