What's the processing time on a newly briefed Branded Template?

The standard processing time for a newly submitted Branded Template is five working days, provided that the package has been clearly briefed and successfully uploaded to our FTP. This timeframe applies specifically to individual templates. For campaigns requiring a complete set of items, a notice period of two weeks is necessary.

You can request Branded Templates with a rush deadline for an additional fee of 75 euros per template. In this case, the templates will be delivered within 48 hours.
