What type of workflows can I create?

There are multiple types of workflows. These can be selected under 'Type' when setting up a new workflow:

• The 'In advance' option can be used when you would like the user asked permission to order or download materials upfront. 
• The 'Afterwards' option can be used when you would like to check an order quantity or do a final check on the design.
