- Header: Displays "Template Studio" along with the number of available templates. A "+ New Template" button allows users to add new templates.

- Filter and Columns: Dropdown menus for filtering and customizing the columns displayed in the template list.
- Template List: Displays a list of templates with the following columns:
- Checkbox: For selecting one or more templates.
- ID: Unique identifier assigned to each template.
- Thumbnail: A visual preview of the template.
- Name: The title of the template.
- Last Edited: Date and time of the last modification.
- Status: Indicates whether a template is active or inactive.
- Actions: Provides options for managing each template (represented by an ellipsis icon).
II. Key Features Explained
A. Adding New Templates
- Click the "+ New Template" button in the top right corner of the header.
- Follow the prompts to upload your InDesign package and provide a name.
Note: Depending on the file size, conversion to a template may take a few minutes. Users will receive an email notification once the file has been successfully converted.
B. Searching for Templates
- Enter a search query in the "Search for Template" bar.
- The template list will dynamically update to display relevant results.
C. Filtering and Sorting
- Filter: Use the "Filter" dropdown menu to refine the list based on specific criteria.
Note: Available filter options depend on the selected columns.
- Columns: Use the "Columns" dropdown to control which columns are visible in the template list.
- Sorting: Click on column headers (e.g., ID, Last Edited) to sort templates in ascending or descending order.
D. Managing Templates
- Selecting Templates: Use the checkboxes next to templates to select multiple items for bulk actions.

- Edit: Modify template details or content.
- Duplicate: Create a copy of the template.
- Delete: Remove the template permanently.
- Preview: View the template as a user.

The "Status" column indicates whether a template is active or inactive:
- Active templates are available for use in projects.
