How can I report a bug, ask questions or give feedback?
There are two ways to report bugs, ask questions or give feedback:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- In the admin, use the 'Give feedback' button:
Clicking this button will open the following pop-up in which you can leave your feedback or question.
After completion, a support ticket is automatically created with information about the page you were on when you sent the feedback.
In both ways, you will receive a reaction within 24 hours (unless you click the box you don't want to receive a reaction).
