How can I report a bug, ask questions or give feedback?

Either send an email to support our use the in-app feedback tool in the Marvia platform.

You can reach out to us through the following methods:

    Within the Marvia platform, click the 'Feedback' button located on the right side of the admin panel. This feature allows you to send content directly to our support team, including videos and screenshots, facilitating a more efficient resolution process.

    Alternatively, you can send an email to our support team at support@getmarvia.com. Please provide detailed information about your issue or feedback to help us assist you effectively.

How to use the in-app feedback tool

  • Clicking the 'Feedback' button will open a pop-up window.
  • From the drop-down menu, select whether you want to report a problem, ask a question, or suggest an improvement.
  • To help our support team better understand your message, attach a screenshot or screen recording.

  • Provide a summary and description of your feedback or issue.

  • Press 'Send' to submit your feedback.

Upon submission, a support ticket is automatically created, including information about the page you were on when you sent the feedback.
