How to monitor campaign status

Learn how to track the status of your social campaigns, identify errors, and manage publishing through Marvia's Status Overview page.

Status page overview

The Status Overview page displays comprehensive information for each campaign:

  • Location: Campaign target location
  • Campaign: Campaign name
  • Channel: Social media platform
  • Published ID: Unique campaign identifier
  • Errors: Number of publishing errors
  • Status: Campaign state (e.g., error, success, pending)
  • Actions: Retry failed campaigns and view more options

Monitoring campaign status

  1. Navigate to "Status overview" in your social campaign
  2. Check the "Status" column to see the overall status of each campaign and look for any campaigns with "ERROR" 
  3. Look at the "Errors" column to see the amount of error messages. To see the details, expand the row. 
  4. To retry a failed campaign, open the actions menu via "{...}" and select "Retry" to attempt to publish the campaign again.

  • Check campaign status regularly to identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Review error messages carefully to understand the issue causes
  • Retry failed campaigns to attempt automatic resolution
