If you want users to download a lighter, low resolution version of a template product, you can enable this option in the product settings. Low resolution files are useful for quick previews or sharing by email.
How to set up a low resolution download option

Navigate to "Marketing Shop" and then "Products".

Select the product you want to make available as a low -resolution download.

In the product modules list, select "Template".

Scroll down to the Order settings section.

Select "PDF -Low resolution".

Select "Save" to apply your changes.
Users will now see the low-resolution download option on the product detail page.
Note: This option only works for products that have the Template module activated. Static files cannot be rendered as low-resolution downloads.
