How do I send an email to users?

You can send emails directly from Marvia to communicate with users, groups, or locations.

How to send an email to users

  1. In the admin panel, navigate to "Communication" and then select "Messages".

  2. Select the green "New Message" button to create a new message.

  3. Enter a subject for your email.

  4. Select "Create".

  5. Select your desired recipients.

  6. Enter your message content in the editor.

  7. To personalize your message, select the "{ }" icon to insert variables such as the user's first name.

  8. Select "Save".

    • Send test, to review your email before sending

    • Send, to deliver the message to your selected users

 

Note: Saving the message will store it as a draft until you choose to send it.
