How do I generate imprint only files during a Campaign?

For high-volume Campaigns, suppliers often only need imprint files, which contain just the variable layer of the design. This speeds up production and reduces file size. During a Campaign period, Marvia can be configured to generate imprint-only files instead of full files that include the background.

How to set this up

1. Include this requirement in the template briefing when submitting your InDesign package. This is typically used for high-volume items such as flyers or door drops.

2. Marvia will configure the template so that only the imprint layer is generated during the Campaign ordering period.

3. When the Campaign ordering window ends, notify Customer Success so we can reactivate the full file export (including the background).

This process ensures your supplier receives exactly the files they need for efficient bulk production.
