Every branded template in Template Studio has a unique Template ID. When you create a new product of the type Template, you must link this Template ID to connect your product to the Marvia editor. Without this link, users cannot open or customize the design.
How to link a Template ID to a product

Create a new product and select the product preset "Template".

Select "Save" to create the product.

After saving, a new tab called Templates will appear on the left side product menu.

Open the "Templates" tab.

Under "Template", open the dropdown menu.

Select the correct template for this product.
All available templates for your company will be listed here. -
Select "Save" to finalize the connection.
Your product is now linked to the selected Template ID and ready to be used in the Marvia editor.
