How can I approve a workflow request?

As an admin, you can see all the workflow requests in the Workflow table in the 'Requests'-tab. All the lines with the status still on 'Requested' need approval from your end. You can either approve or reject these requests by clicking on the thumbs-icons.

After clicking on the thumbs-icons the design or order will pop up and you can approve or reject the requests and even add a comment to them. After approval or rejection, the specific user will be notified.

In case of an order waiting for approval, the confirmation mail will be sent to the right supplier(s). In case of a request to download, the file will be available to download and is visible in the My Documents section of the user.
