How can I approve a request?

You can approve or decline workflow requests directly from the Requests dashboard. This article explains how to open a request, review its details, leave an optional comment, and choose the correct action.

How to approve a workflow request

  1. Navigate to "Dashboard" and then "Requests".

  2. Go to the "Approval" section of the Requests page.
    Here you see all requests, including open, approved, and declined requests.

  3. Find the request you want to review.

  4. Select the three dots in the Actions column.

  5. Select "Review" to open the request details.

  6. Review the request content and any attached information.

  7. Optional: Enter a comment if you want to leave feedback for the requester.

  8. Select "Approve" or "Decline" to complete the action.

What happens after approval depends on the type of request.

  • For orders waiting for approval, the confirmation mail will be sent to the correct supplier or suppliers.

  • For download requests, the approved file becomes available to the user.
    It will appear in the "My documents" section of the user’s portal.
