Our plans offer unlimited storage; however, we implement a fair use policy that sets an approximate limit of 5 TB per client. If you find that you need more storage than this threshold, you have the option to purchase additional terabytes at an extra cost.
Current customers with a limited storage contract are encouraged to reach out to their customer success manager to explore options for upgrading to the new plans and taking advantage of the enhanced features available.
