How do I set up navigation items with permissions?
Menu bar items in your portal are directly linked to pages or external links. To restrict who can see the navigation item, we have to set permissions on the page or linkk connected to that item.
How to set up permissions for a navigation item

Navigate to "CMS" and then "Pages".

Select the page or link that corresponds to the navigation item you want to restrict.

In the page settings, scroll to the Permissions section.

Use the dual list to authorize specific groups or locations.

Select "Save" to apply the changes.
Once saved, only the selected groups or locations will see the navigation item in the menu bar.
