You can create subcategories in your portal’s main navigation by adding subpages under an existing page. This helps you organize content more clearly and group related pages together.
How to create subcategories in the main navigation
You can create a subcategory in two ways.
Option 1. Drag and drop

Navigate to "CMS" and then "Pages".

Create a new page or locate an existing page.

Drag the page underneath the parent page where it should belong.
The page will become a subcategory immediately.
Option 2. Use the menu options

Navigate to "CMS" and then "Pages".

Locate the page that should act as the parent category.

Select the three dots next to the page.

Select "+ New sub item" to create a new subpage directly underneath it.
Both methods update your navigation instantly and save automatically.
