How can I create subcategories in the menu taskbar?

• Go to 'Navigation'  and 'Primary menu'.
• Select '+ Menu Item', and fill in the name for the new menu item.
• Then choose a parent menu item in the dropdown. 
• When you create a new item, select 'Parent' item and add it as a subcategory.
