How can I change the hero of the portal?

The hero image is the main header visual at the top of your portal. You can replace it at any time to match seasonal campaigns, branding updates or marketing themes.

How to change the hero image

  1. Navigate to "Settings".

  2. Select "Platform", go to "Layout".

  3. Open the "Images" section.

  4. Upload your new hero image.

  5. Select "Save" to apply the update.

The new hero will appear immediately on the portal.

Image requirements

  • Maximum size: 1920 x 150 px

  • Use a lightweight image format (WebP or JPG)

Note: Large image files can slow down page loading.
For best performance, always compress your images or use web-friendly formats.
