A new user does not see the right content on the portal, what did I miss?
If a new user cannot see the expected tiles, content, or Campaigns, it is usually related to their groups or permissions. This article explains what to check and how to correct it.
Why this happens
Most Marvia portals are configured so that specific content is visible only to certain user groups. If a new user has not been added to the correct groups, they will see limited content.
How to fix user visibility

Navigate to "Accounts".

Select "Users".

Search for the user who is missing content.

Click the pencil icon in the "Actions" column to edit the user.

Scroll to the "Groups" or "Locations" section, or select it from the left menu.

Select the groups or locations the user should belong to.

Click "Save" to update the account.
