A new user doesn't seem to see the right amount of content on the portal. What did I miss?

Most of our portals are set up in a way that certain tiles, content, or campaigns are only visible to a specific user group.

In most cases, a new user won't have the right groups or permissions set correctly.

It can be helpful to check the user account first by going to Accounts > Users, search for the specific user and click on the pencil in the Actions column to edit the user.

Scroll to the groups or branches section, or click on it in the left menu. Select the desired items and press Save
