What is the Workflows tab?
Workflows dashboard overview
The Workflows dashboard shows an overview of all workflows you have created. Each workflow includes key details that help you understand how it functions.
You can view:
-
Name of the workflow, such as Creative Workflow or Approval Templates
-
Time setting, which shows if the workflow is triggered in advance or afterwards
-
Products that are linked to the workflow
-
Type of workflow, such as Creative or Approval
-
Status of the workflow, such as Active
Note: You can sort columns to quickly find workflows based on type or status.
Workflow settings
The Settings sub tab within the Workflows area helps you manage global approvers for your workflows.
Global approvers
You can assign users or groups who will handle approvals for all creative and approval workflows. This ensures that every request follows a consistent review process.
Search
Use the search bar to quickly locate users or groups to assign as approvers.
⚠️ Important: Global approvers override workflow level approvers. Review these settings carefully to avoid unintended approval routing.
