What is the Users tab?

Users dashboard overview

The Users dashboard shows an organized table with key information about each user. You can quickly view:

• Username, which is the login ID for the user

• Name, which is the full name of the user

• Email of the user

• Role, such as User or Administrator

• Groups the user is a member of

• Locations the user is associated with

• Last login date for the user

Filtering and customizing your view

1. Use the search bar
   Navigate to the search bar at the top and enter a username or name to quickly find a user.

2. Apply filters
   Select filters for Role, Group, Location, Country, Status, and Meta account to refine your view.

3. Customize visible columns
   Click "Columns" in the top right to choose which data columns you want to show or hide.

Viewing detailed user information

To see more information about a user, click their name in the table. This opens a dedicated user page with the following sections:

Personal info

Review the user’s name, email, phone number, and any company details. You can also update their profile image.

Groups

See all groups that the user belongs to.

Locations

Check which locations are linked to the user.

Permissions

Review and manage specific Permissions for the user. This helps you guide what the user can access inside your portal.
