What is the Marvia Analytics feature?

The Marvia Analytics dashboard helps you understand how your users interact with your portal. You can monitor content performance, user activity, and engagement to make data-driven decisions that improve your campaigns and product success.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard provides a clear overview of your most important metrics. Each section highlights a specific type of activity:

  • Orders: Shows the number of orders placed in your portal, offering insight into product requests and transactions.

  • Product Downloads: Displays how often users have downloaded products or assets, including total and daily averages for your selected time range.

  • Posts: Counts posts created and shared on social media directly from Marvia, helping you track social content output.

  • Views: Indicates how often content such as product pages or assets has been viewed.

  • Best Products: Highlights top-performing products based on download activity.

  • User Activity: Provides an overview of unique users and total logins, giving you insight into engagement levels.

Filtering and Customizing Your View

You can tailor the dashboard to display the data most relevant to your goals.

  1. Filter by user type
Select between user roles, such as Administrator or User, to see how different groups engage with the platform.

  2. Filter by date range
Click the date range in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open a calendar view.

    • Choose predefined options like Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This year, or Last year.
    • Or, select custom start and end dates to track specific time periods.

Note: Adjusting filters updates all dashboard data instantly.
