What can I see in the Products overview?
Understanding the Products overview
Product list
The main table displays all products in your shop. Each row includes important details such as:

Product name
-
Supplier
-
Collections
-
General settings
-
Price
-
Status, for example Active or Inactive
Note: You can select a product entry to open its full settings.
Searching and filtering products

Enter a term in the search bar to quickly find a product by name or keyword.

Use the filter buttons to narrow the list by:

Supplier
-
Collection
-
Tier price
-
Module
-
Status
-
Caution: Filters combine with each other, so apply them carefully when reviewing large product lists.
Customizing visible columns

Select Columns in the top right corner.

Choose which fields you want to show or hide, for example Image, Groups, Price, or Locations.

Drag fields to reorder the columns.

Select Reset to default to return to the standard view.
⚠️ Important: Custom column views only affect your personal workspace and do not change product visibility for other users.
Quick actions for product management
The top right area includes helpful actions for managing your product data.

Use this dropdown to:-
Export product data

Import new or updated product lists
-
Restore recently deleted products
-
Note: Importing allows you to update multiple products at once, making bulk edits faster.
