What are product modules in Marketing Shop?
How do I access product modules?

Navigate to "Marketing Shop", then select "Products".

Select an existing product or click "Create".

In the left menu, select "Modules".

Click "Edit modules" to add or remove modules for the product.

Toggle a module on or off based on your needs.

Click "Save" to apply your changes.
⚠️ Important: The "General Settings" module is required for every product and cannot be disabled.
Note: Module availability depends on the preset you selected during product creation, either standard or custom.
Available modules
General Settings (Required)
Define the product’s essential information. This includes the name, description, and product content. This module is always active.
Template
Link the product to a template ID and adjust general template settings.
Files
Add one file or multiple files for users to download or view. This is useful for manuals, specification sheets, or other product documents.
Price
Set the product price per unit or use tier pricing for volume discounts.
Stock
Enable stock management to track inventory levels.
Permissions
Control product visibility by authorizing specific users or locations.
Workflow
Set automated rules for ordering or downloading products.
Campaigns
Connect products to Campaigns and define how they behave in a Campaign. You can also set DNA for default orders.
Delivery
Configure delivery options, including estimated delivery times and associated costs.
Distribution
Manage product distribution with minimum order quantities and availability dates.
API
Enable API integration to automate communication with suppliers for order and inventory updates.
Locations
Allow users to select a location before ordering and set location limits. You can also define which locations use DNA in connected templates.
Reservation
For products with limited availability, manage reservation windows, pricing, and delivery or pick-up settings.
Socials
Enable social sharing buttons to allow users to share products on social platforms.
Form Builder
Collect additional information needed for customized products or products that require customer details.
Internal Comment
Add private administrator notes that appear only in exports. This supports internal communication.
Managing modules
To enable a module
Toggle the switch next to the module name to the on position.
To disable a module
Toggle the switch to the off position.
To save your changes
Click "Save" after updating the module list.
Caution: If you remove a module that was previously configured, some product data may no longer be visible to users.
