What types of announcements can I use to communicate to the users?

Marvia provides two types of announcements to effectively communicate with users:

Always-on notification
These notifications remain visible on the portal's homepage continuously between the specified publication and expiration dates.
One-time notification
These notifications appear only once, triggering the first time the user logs in after the publication date.
