How do I view and manage Orders?

The Orders section gives you a clear overview of all transactions placed through your portal. You can view total order activity, explore detailed order reports, and export data for further analysis—all in one place.

Dashboard Overview

The Orders dashboard displays key metrics to help you monitor purchase activity at a glance.

You’ll see:

  • Total Orders: The total number of orders placed within your selected time period.

  • Average per day: The average number of orders placed daily.

This snapshot helps you understand order volume and identify trends in transaction activity.

Filtering and Customizing Your View

The dashboard includes several tools to help you narrow your view and analyze specific data.

  1. Date range filter
Click the date filter in the top-right corner to select a predefined or custom range.

    • Choose options like Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Custom range.

    • The dashboard updates automatically to reflect your selection.

  2. Search
Use the search bar to quickly find specific orders by order number, user name, or keyword.

  3. Filters
Use the dropdown menus to refine data by:

    • Locations – view orders by specific branches or regions

    • Groups – analyze orders by user group

    • Suppliers – track orders by supplier

    • Campaigns – see which campaigns generated orders

Note: Applying multiple filters helps you create a focused view of your order data.

  2. Toggle columns on or off to display only the data you need.

  3. Click “Reset to default” to restore the standard view.
