How do I configure a workflow for a product?

1. Navigate to the Workflow module
   In the product configuration screen, select "Workflow" in the Modules list.

2. Select a workflow
   Select the dropdown labeled "Select a workflow".
   You will see a list of available workflows that were created earlier, for example Approval Coffee Machines, Approval Template, or Approval Templates.

3. Choose and link a workflow
   Select the workflow you want to apply to the product.
   After selecting it, all orders or download requests for the product follow the rules defined in that workflow.

4. Save the product
   Select "Save" to apply the workflow settings.

Tips for successful setup

• Use workflows for products that require brand review or approval before fulfillment.

• Create clear workflow names so product managers can recognize the correct flow easily.

• Review workflows regularly to ensure the steps still match your internal processes.

• Avoid linking multiple products to a workflow that is still in testing or under revision.
