How do I attach files to a product?

1. Navigate to the Files module

   1. Navigate to "Marketing Shop", then select "Products".

   2. Select the product that you want to edit.

   3. In the Modules menu, select "Files".

2. Upload files

   • Drag and drop
     Drag one or multiple files into the area labeled "Drop your file(s) here".

   • Browse files
     Select "Browse files" to choose files from your computer.

   • Monitor uploads
     You can view upload progress in the "Uploads" section.

3. Save the product
   After all files are uploaded, click "Save".

4. Optional: Create a thumbnail
   After saving the product, a thumbnail button appears on each uploaded file. Select this button to generate a thumbnail that displays in the General module. This removes the need to upload a separate thumbnail file.

How do I manage Files order settings?

The "Order settings" section controls how users interact with files during ordering.

Download

Allow users to download the attached file. This is helpful for digital products that need to be accessed immediately.

Show the download link directly on the product overview page.

Allow user uploads

Let users upload their own files during ordering, such as artwork or custom content.

Upload address list

Allow users to upload an address list when placing an order. This is commonly used for mailing services or bulk deliveries.
