How do I use the Distribution module in Product Settings?

Which fields are available in the Distribution module?

Standard settings

These fields manage the quantity requirements and the active availability period of the product.

Field	Purpose	Notes
Minimum quantity per campaign	Defines the smallest quantity of the product that must be ordered within the scope of a single campaign.	This field has a default value of 0, meaning no minimum is required unless specified.
Minimum quantity total	Defines the smallest overall quantity of the product that can be ordered in a single transaction or by a user.	This field also has a default value of 0.
Start date	Defines the calendar start date that the product can be distributed.	Set this field using the calendar picker tool.
End date	Defines the calendar date when the product will cease to be available for distribution.	Set this field using the calendar picker tool.

If no dates are set, the product remains available indefinitely.

What are the advanced distribution options?

Open the Advanced options section to access settings for fulfilment type and distributor assignments.

Fulfilment type

Select one or more fulfilment checkboxes:

Distribute
Standard managed distribution handled through your organisation.
Self distribute
The user placing the order is responsible for distribution.
Distribute with out of home
Use this when distribution is tied to out of home advertising channels or related logistics.

Distributor selection

Use the Distributors dropdown to assign one or more distributors responsible for fulfilling this product.
If you need additional distributors added to your portal, contact support or your Customer Success Manager.

How do I configure the Distribution module?

Enter the required values in the Minimum quantity per campaign and Minimum quantity total fields.
Set the Start date and End date if the product should be available only during a specific period.
Open Advanced options and select one or more fulfilment types.
Choose a Distributor if the product requires one.
Select Save to apply the configuration.
