How do I use the Delivery module in Product Settings?

Which fields can I configure in the Delivery module?

The module contains three configuration fields.

Shipping cost type

This required field determines how shipping costs are calculated.
Your selection decides whether shipping is calculated by the product or by the supplier.

Shipping price

This required field defines the cost amount when the product manages its own delivery settings.
If the chosen shipping cost type is supplier managed, this field becomes unavailable and displays a value of 0.00.

Delivery time

Enter the expected delivery time in workdays.
Examples: 0, 5, 10.
This value appears on the product detail page to inform customers.

How does supplier managed shipping work?

If you select a shipping cost type that is managed by a supplier, the system automatically disables the Shipping price field.

• The shipping cost is taken from the supplier settings.

• Delivery time is also taken from the supplier configuration.

• A blue banner appears to confirm this status with a message stating that the delivery settings are managed by the supplier.

This approach ensures consistent cost calculation when a product is fulfilled by an external supplier.

Which shipping cost types can I choose?
