Step 1. Upload or select an asset

In the Assets library, choose one or more files you want to edit.
Step 2. Open the edit screen

Click "Actions".

Select "Edit" to open the Edit assets screen.
Step 3. Review AI suggestions
In the Tags section, you will see AI generated suggestions such as teamwork, security or office.
Step 4. Approve or edit tags
You can manage each suggestion in several ways:

Accept
Click a suggested tag to add it to the asset. -
Edit
Adjust a tag to make it more accurate, for example change office to corporate office. -
Remove
Delete any tag that is not relevant.
Step 5. Save your changes
Click "Save and edit" to confirm your updates.
