AI tagging helps you organize assets more efficiently by suggesting relevant tags automatically. You can accept, edit, or remove these suggestions to ensure your DAM stays accurate and easy to search.
Note: You need to turn on AI tags first, before being able to use them in your DAM.
How to add AI tags to a DAM file
- Navigate to "DAM" and then "Assets".
- Open the asset you want to tag or upload a new one.
- Go to "Organize" and select "AI tags".
- Review the AI-generated tag suggestions displayed for your asset:
- Accept: click a suggested tag to add it to the asset
- Remove: Delete any tags that are not relevant
- Select "Save & edit" to stay in the asset or "Save & close" to return to the overview.
Note: Tags and AI tags are filtered separately on both the admin and user sides of the portal.
