How do I relate assets to a main asset?
Why relating assets matters
-
Faster access, all relevant files appear under the main asset.
-
Consistency, the correct versions and formats stay together.
-
Better context, source files and supporting materials remain connected.
-
Fewer errors, teams are less likely to use outdated files.
Add related assets
-
Open the main asset.
-
Navigate to the "Related" tab.
-
Use the Search bar to find the file you want to connect.
-
Click the "+" button in the Actions column to link the file.
-
The asset will appear in the "Related" tab immediately.
Note: You can relate as many assets as needed. There is no fixed limit.
Manage relations
Remove a relation
-
Go to the main asset.
-
Open the "Related" tab.
-
Click the "+" button again to remove the relation.
View and access related assets
-
Scroll through the list or use the Search bar in the tab.
-
Select any file in the list to open it directly.
⚠️ Important: Removing a relation does not delete the asset. It only unlinks it from the main asset.
Tips for success

Keep relations updated so teams always find the most useful and current files.
-
Use clear naming conventions to make related assets easier to recognize.
-
Review relations during campaign updates to ensure the correct files stay connected.
