How do I navigate portal-wide campaign settings?
Campaign rounding time
The Campaign rounding time setting defines when the time of a Campaign order is finalized.

Select "Direct" if you want the order time to be registered the moment the user submits it.

Select "Afterwards" if the order time should be registered at a later moment.
Note: The exact moment used for the Afterwards option depends on your internal process or system configuration.
Campaign rounding at quantity
This setting controls how the quantity for each item is rounded within a Campaign. You can use this to match production needs, for example printing in groups of 100.

Navigate to "Settings".

Select "Campaigns".

Choose your rounding option under "Campaign rounding at quantity".
Caution: Rounding can increase or decrease the final item quantity. Review your order totals before you confirm.
Apply total rounding at quantity
This setting works like Campaign rounding at quantity but it applies to the total number of items in a full Campaign instead of individual items.

Navigate to "Settings".

Select "Campaigns".

Choose your rounding preference under "Apply total rounding at quantity".
⚠️ Important: This rounding affects the entire Campaign total. Make sure this aligns with your production and ordering requirements.
