How do I manage Workflows?
Understanding the Workflows dashboard
The Workflows dashboard gives you an overview of all workflows in your portal. Each workflow displays key information to help you understand how it functions.
Workflow overview fields

Name
The name of the workflow such as Creative Workflow or Approval, Templates. -
Time
Indicates if the workflow is triggered in advance or afterwards. -
Products
Shows how many products are connected to the workflow. -
Type
Displays the workflow category such as Creative or Approval. -
Status
Shows if the workflow is active.
Note: Use the dashboard to quickly review your workflow setup and ensure everything is running smoothly.
Managing Workflow settings
The Settings sub tab allows you to control global approvers for all creative and approval workflows.
Global approvers

Select users or user groups who should approve all requests within workflows.

Use the search bar to find users or groups quickly.
⚠️ Important: Global approvers apply across all workflows. Make sure you only assign users who should review all requests.
How to create a new workflow

Click "+ New workflow" in the top right corner.

Enter a descriptive name for the workflow.

Select the workflow Type such as Creative request or Approval.

Choose when the workflow is triggered by selecting in advance or afterwards.

Review your selections and click "Save".
Caution: Changing workflow timing after setup may affect how requests are processed.
