How do I manage Social Campaigns settings?

Step 1: Navigate to Social Campaigns settings

  1. Navigate to "Social campaigns" in your CMS.

  2. Select the "Details" tab.
    This tab contains all fields required to configure your Meta connection.

Note: The "Status" tab provides connection feedback after setup.

 

Step 2: Connect your portfolio account to Meta

  1. Find the Portfolio account section.

  2. Select "Connect" next to the No account connected message.

  3. A Meta login window will open.

  4. Complete the Meta authorization steps to allow the platform access to your Facebook and Instagram pages.

⚠️ Important: You must complete the Meta authorization flow for the integration to function.

Meta settings

Below the connection button you will find two toggles:

  • Active
    Select this checkbox to enable the Meta integration. If this is off the integration is disabled even when a connection exists.

  • Allow login
    Select this checkbox to allow users in the CMS to log in and manage the Meta connection. This toggle is required for authorizing or renewing the connection.

Caution: If Allow login is turned off users will not be able to update the connection and campaigns may fail.

 

Step 3: Add Facebook and Instagram Page IDs

In this section you specify the Page IDs that act as the fallback pages for your campaigns.

  • Facebook page ID
    Enter the numeric ID of the Facebook Page that will run your campaigns.

  • Instagram page ID
    Enter the numeric ID of the Instagram Business Account used for your campaigns.
    The Instagram account must be linked to the Facebook Page you entered above.

Note: Using correct Page IDs ensures campaigns are published through the right brand channels.
