How do I manage Reservations?
Dashboard Overview
The Reservations dashboard displays all active and past reservations in a structured table. You can quickly view important details for each booking, including:

Order number: The unique ID for the reservation

Name: The name of the reserved product

Days: The total number of days the product is booked for

Rental period: The start and end dates and times of the reservation

User: The person who placed the reservation
-
Order date: The date and time the reservation was made
Note: You can sort or search within the table to locate specific reservations easily.
Viewing Detailed Reservation Information
To see more information about a reservation, click on its entry in the table. This opens a sidebar view showing all reservation details.
Reservation Section
This section includes:

Order number: The unique reservation ID

Product: The reserved item’s name

Days: The length of the booking

User: The person who placed the reservation

Order date: The date the reservation was created

Rental period: The specific start and end dates and times

Comments: Any notes added by the user
Delivery Section
Displays delivery details for the reserved item, including:

Pick-up Section
If applicable, this section lists pick-up location information:

Contact Details
Provides the user’s contact information for quick communication:

Phone number

Email address
⚠️ Important: Always verify the contact details and delivery or pick-up information before fulfilling a reservation.
Exporting Reservation Data
You can easily export reservation data for reporting or tracking purposes.

Click “Export” in the top-right corner of the Reservations dashboard.

Choose your preferred file format.

The system will download a spreadsheet containing all visible reservation data based on your current filters and view.
Caution: If you’ve applied filters, only the filtered results will appear in your exported file.
Tips for Managing Reservations

Review rental periods regularly to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Use comments to record special notes about each reservation.
