How do I manage Campaign General settings?
Defining general details and status
-
Navigate to the Campaign you want to edit such as Autumn Season Campaign.
-
You will see the main configuration screen with fields for basic information and status.

-

Use the rich text editor to describe the campaign objective or provide a summary for users.
Status section
-

Note: Status changes do not affect campaign dates. They only indicate the current state.
Setting campaign duration
The campaign has two separate timing controls. These determine when orders can be placed and when campaign activities run.
Order period
-
Start date and End date
Set the window in which users are allowed to place orders for the campaign.
Action period
-
Start date and End date

Options

Caution: Make sure your Order period and Action period do not conflict. Users should be able to order campaign items before the activities begin.
Configuring marketing variables
The final section controls Campaign DNA and Marketing budget. These settings support consistency and financial planning.

⚠️ Important: If the Use marketing budget toggle is off the campaign will not store any budget information.
