Step 1: Access the preview resolution settings

Navigate to the document created from your Template Studio template.

Look for the preview settings in the document toolbar.

Select the wanted preview outcome.
Note: These settings only affect the on screen preview and do not change the exported file.
Step 2: Select the desired resolution
You can choose from three preview resolution options.

Original: Shows the standard resolution. Use this for normal editing and review.

Upscale 2x: Doubles the resolution for more detailed inspection such as initial QR code testing.

Upscale 4x: Quadruples the resolution for fine tuning or checking small or complex elements.
Select the option that lets you test elements such as QR codes with clarity.
⚠️ Important: Upscaling can affect performance

Large documents may load very slowly when using 2x or 4x preview.

Use higher resolutions only when needed for testing.

Switch back to Original once you are done to improve performance.
Tips for effective preview testing

Use 4x preview when testing small QR codes or intricate typography.

Keep your browser updated for the best performance.

If the document becomes slow, switch back to Original and reload the page.

Test exported files as well, since preview resolution does not reflect export quality.
