Step 1. Select your asset

In the Assets overview, check the file or files you want to edit.
Step 2. Open the edit screen

Click "Actions".

Select "Edit".
The selected assets open in the Edit assets screen.
Step 3. Update settings
In the Settings panel, you can:

Change the name if you selected a single asset

Add a description
-
Define image rights and usage rights
-
Set a publication date and expiry date
Step 4. Organize assets
In the Organize section, you can:

Add or remove tags to improve searchability, for example SEO or campaign 2025

Assign the asset to the correct category, for example Brand identity or Logos
Step 5. Save your changes
Click "Save and edit" to apply all updates or click "Close" to exit without saving.
