How do I create Marketing Calendars?
Step 1: Create a new Marketing Calendar

Navigate to "Marketing Calendars" under "Communication".

Select the "+ Actions" button or similar.

Select "New calendar".

Enter a name for your calendar in the pop up window.

Select the calendar type: Timeline or Monthly.
Note: Choose a name that clearly describes the purpose of the calendar.
Step 2: Create a Timeline calendar
The Timeline calendar is ideal for long term planning and gives you a visual overview of activities in a timeline view.
Step 2A: Select Timeline type

Select the Timeline option.

Select "Create" to open your new Timeline calendar.
Step 2B: Add an event to the Timeline

Select the "+ New event" button in the top right corner.

Enter the name of your event in the pop up window.

Select "Create" to open the event settings.
Step 2C: Configure Timeline event details

Details
Enter the event name and add a description using the rich text editor. -
Status
Set the event status, for example Active or Inactive. -
Date and time
Enter the start and end dates and times for the event. -
Internal links
Select "Add link" to connect content such as Media, Products, Categories, Pages, Blogs, or Packages. -
Color
Select an event color and text color. -
Events list
The created event will appear in the list on the left. -
Permissions
Select the groups and locations that can view the event.
Step 2D: View the Timeline

Events appear in a list on the left.

Selecting an event shows its full details on the right, including dates, editors, and permissions.
Step 3: Create a Monthly calendar
A Monthly calendar is useful for short term scheduling and can display campaigns automatically.
Step 3A: Select Monthly type

Select the Monthly option.

Select "Create" to open the calendar.
Step 3B: Add an event to the Monthly calendar

Select "+ New event" in the top right corner.

Enter the name of your event.

Select "Create" to open event settings.
Step 3C: Configure Monthly event details

Details
Enter the event name and description. -
Status
Set the event status, for example Active or Inactive. -
Date and time
Select the dates from the calendar and enter the start and end times. -
Internal links
Select "Add link" to connect relevant content. -
Color
Select an event color. -
Permissions
Define the groups and locations that may view the event.
Step 3D: View the Monthly calendar

The calendar displays the current month.

Use the arrows to move between months.

Events appear as colored blocks or bars across their scheduled dates.
