How do I configure the Marketing Shop product settings?

Product settings define how products behave and appear throughout your Marketing Shop. These settings apply to the entire product catalog, so they help you maintain a consistent user experience.

Where to find product settings

  1. Click "Settings" at the bottom of your left menu
  2. Click "Marketing Shop" and then "Products
  3. This opens the main product settings area for your portal. 

General settings

Configure the core rules for all products.

  • Unique SKU
    Require each product to have a unique SKU so duplicates are not allowed.

  • Require SKU
    Make the SKU field mandatory before a product can be published.

  • Hide zero price
    Hide the price on any product set to zero.

  • Send low stock emails
    Enable automated stock warnings.
    Emails are sent to admin addresses stored under "Platform", then "Settings", then "Emails" then "Admin".

  • Show search
    Display the global search bar in your Marketing Shop.

Note: These settings influence every product in your shop. Review them carefully.

Template settings

Template settings control messages shown when users interact with template-based products.

  • Show check template message
    When enabled, a custom text field appears.
    This message prompts users to review their template before ordering.

Caution: This message appears on all template-based products, so choose your wording carefully.
