How do I configure product settings?

Accessing product settings

To configure a product:

  1. Go to Marketing Shop in the left menu.

  2. Select Products.

  3. Choose an existing product, or create a new one.

  4. Open the Product info tab to begin.

Understanding the modules navigation

On the left side of the screen, you’ll see the Modules list. These modules are based on the preset chosen when the product was created, but you can adjust them using Edit modules.

General settings modules include:

  • Product info – Basic details and descriptions

  • Identification – Tracking and reference codes

  • Thumbnail – Product images

  • Order settings – Checkout and order behavior

On the right side, additional panels allow you to manage:

  • Status

  • Supplier

  • Organization

Product info

Configure your product’s core details.

Basic information

  • Name – The product’s main title

  • Description – Rich text content shown above the price and order buttons

  • Content – Additional information shown below the price and buttons

Tip: Use the rich text editor for formatting (bold, lists, images, links, etc.) to create clear, engaging descriptions.

Advanced options

Expand this section to include logistical details:

  • Packing unit – Number of items per selling unit

  • Bundle size – Number of units per package

  • Weight – Used for shipping calculations

 

Identification

Set tracking information for internal and external systems.

  • SKU – Automatically generated based on the product name (can be adjusted)

  • Reference – Optional external or supplier reference number

 

Thumbnail

Add images that represent your product.

  • Drag and drop images or select Browse files

  • Uploaded images appear in the Uploads area

  • Reorder by dragging images

  • Use download or delete options if needed

 

Order settings

Define how customers can order this product.

  • Select delivery addresses

    • Lets customers choose one or multiple delivery addresses

    • Required for the Direct checkout flow

  • Quantity selectable

    • Allows customers to choose the quantity

    • Required for the Address checkout flow

  • Disable checkout

    • Prevents customers from purchasing the product

    • Ideal for digital downloads or informational materials

  • Minimum order quantity

    • Set the minimum number of units allowed per order

    • Default is 0 (no minimum)

Note: Checkout flow behavior is configured in Marketing Shop settings.

 

Status panel

Control product availability.

  • Status – Set to Active or Inactive

  • Publication date – When the product becomes visible

  • Expiration date – When it automatically deactivates

  • Audit trail – Shows who created and last updated the product

 

Supplier panel

Use the dropdown to assign the product to an available supplier in your portal.

 

Organize panel

Structure your product for easier browsing and filtering.

  • Tags – Add or create searchable tags

  • Collections – Assign the product to existing collections

Note: You cannot create new collections here. See Managing collections to add new ones.
