Can I use a custom translation for elements in the portal?

Yes, you can use custom translations in Marvia. The portal includes default translations for all supported languages. In some user flows, you can override these default values and apply your own custom wording to better match your brand or communication style.

How to update custom translations

  1. Navigate to "Settings".

  2. Select "Platform settings".

  3. Go to "Translations".

  4. Locate the field you want to update.

  5. Enter your custom translation. 

  6. Your custom translation is automatically saved. 

Your custom translation will override the default text wherever that element appears in the portal.

⚠️ Important: Custom translations are highly technical fields. Incorrect changes can affect how key elements are displayed in your portal. We strongly recommend contacting Customer Success before updating translations.
