At Marvia, we leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate your workflow. We understand that your business data is a critical asset. That is why our AI architecture is built on a foundation of privacy, security, and control.
This document answers the most frequent questions regarding Marvia AI:
Security & Architecture
- Which AI technology do you use?
We utilize Amazon Bedrock, an enterprise-grade service from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Unlike standard third-party AI APIs, Bedrock is deployed within our dedicated AWS environment, guaranteeing a high level of data isolation.
- Where is my data processed?
All processing is conducted within our isolated infrastructure in AWS Frankfurt (Germany). Your data remains within this secure jurisdiction, ensuring adherence to the highest international privacy standards (including GDPR).
- Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your inputs and the generated outputs are not used by Amazon or model providers (such as Anthropic) to train their Foundation Models. Amazon Bedrock does not retain your specific input data (Zero Data Retention) unless specifically configured for compliance logging within your own account.
Privacy & Ownership
- Who owns the data?
You maintain full ownership of your input data. Furthermore, Marvia assigns all rights to the AI-generated output to you, allowing you to use it freely for your business.
- Is my data shared with third parties?
Your data is shared exclusively with our sub-processor, Amazon Bedrock, solely for the purpose of the AI features. It is not shared with any other third parties or used for advertising purposes.
Reliability & Usage
- Can I blindly trust the AI output?
No. While our models are highly advanced, AI can occasionally generate inaccuracies. These features are designed to assist. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the output before using it in a professional context. The service is provided “As Is”. Marvia is not liable for errors in the AI-generated content.
- Does the functionality of AI features change?
We are continuously improving our AI capabilities to provide the best possible results. We retain the right to adjust, limit, or upgrade these features at any time to ensure platform stability, optimize performance, prevent service abuse, or due to other business or technical factors.
- What are the costs for using AI features?
There are currently no charges for using these AI features. While we reserve the right to change this policy and introduce fees, we commit to providing advance notice before implementing any charges.
- How will I be notified of policy or pricing changes?
